Morrow’s honeysuckle
Bottomland forests and thickets, deciduous forests, successional fields and shrublands, alvar, roadsides, and disturbed areas. A very common and highly invasive shrub forming dense thickets in forest understories. This is our most common shrubby honeysuckle. Introgression with the hybrid L. x bella which L. morrowii is one of the parents, is evident in many individuals.
